Semi-Custom Homes
Semi-custom homes are a mixture or cross between a pre-built home and a custom home. These homes will differ from other homes in the area or neighborhood, but you won’t have to start from scratch. They are perfect if you want to pick certain features but don’t want to have to make every single decision throughout the process. If the process of building a custom home looks daunting, semi-custom home building is the choice for you. Usually, with a semi-custom home, you’ll choose between different floor plans a builder already has made after purchasing your lot. You can also select finishes inside the house, including counters, cabinets, and flooring. You also have a choice of colors or finishes for the outside of your home. The options are more limited with a semi-custom home, but you can still make it your own without the hassle and extra stress.

Farmhouse
Farmhouse style is an interior design style that prioritizes practicality, simplicity, and rustic charm.
Bungalow
A bungalow is a small house or cottage that is either single-story or has a second story built into a sloping roof (usually with dormer windows).
Craftsman
Craftsman homes emphasize horizontal lines, with low-pitched gable (triangular) roofs that extend far out past the home’s exterior walls, often with exposed beams or rafters.
Ranch
Traditional ranch style homes are single-story houses commonly built with an open-concept layout and a devoted patio space.
Contemporary

Already Own Land?
Semi-custom homes require a building lot or homesite for your new home to be constructed on. You must own a lot before consulting a professional or be able to obtain one soon. Gravity Construction will work with you to situate your home on the lot in the optimal place. We may also suggest other lot preparation such as grading the lot.
